Hapag-Lloyd AG is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Regional Controlling to oversee budgeting, forecasting and management reporting for the region. You will partner with Operations to translate data into actionable insights and help shape regional strategy.

The role emphasizes data science, BI and analytics, developing financial models and tracking KPIs while ensuring compliance with policies. This position is based in Singapore and supports cross-functional projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting/business administration/data science.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial analysis and planning and/or data analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Budgeting and forecasting: Develop and manage financial budgets and forecasts to support the organization's financial planning and decision making including: Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and monthly trend process.
• Oversee month-end closing of accounts including management reporting of performance and deviations to plans including: Calculate accruals for cost / cost reduction items; Monitor accrual balances by periodically reviewing late postings; Analysis and management reporting.
• Act as a data scientist for the team, supporting BI and analytics; Develop financial models using data-driven insights, implement machine learning to analyze large datasets; Leverage data analytics tools to extract insights and drive business decisions.
• Compliance: Ensure business activities are in compliance with the Company's policies and standard operating procedures.
