Job summary

TOMRA Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance function during a growth phase, partnering with leadership to ensure financial governance, scalable processes, and regional collaboration across Asia.

You will oversee accounting, reporting, cash management, controls, and compliance, drive budgeting and forecasting, and support regional finance initiatives across TOMRA Collection Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance operations and partner with the Managing Director to support business growth and operational excellence.
• Manage day-to-day finance activities including accounting, reporting, cash management, controls, and compliance to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and optimize end-to-end finance processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and governance aligned with business growth.
• Establish and maintain finance structures, policies, controls, and workflows to support a fast-evolving organization.
• Provide actionable financial guidance and insights to support operational and commercial decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis for the Singapore business.
• Prepare and review monthly financial results, variance analysis, and performance reports for local and regional stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance, cash flow, and key business drivers, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate external audits, tax filings, banking relationships, and regulatory matters.
• Support regional finance initiatives, reporting, and improvement projects across TOMRA Collection Asia.
