Job summary

Eaton Singapore seeks an experienced EHS Manager to implement and sustain EHS programs for field service, projects, and offices in Singapore, with a regional remit across East Asia. You will coordinate with local business leaders to ensure regulatory compliance and safety excellence while aligning with Eaton's MESH and Safety initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, a WSHO credential, 5–7 years in EHS, and strong experience with contractor safety, incident

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in safety, engineering, science or related field is required or preferred.
  • WSHO certification is desired or required depending on local regulations.
  • 5–7 years in EHS, field service, project, electrical systems or contractor safety management.

Responsibilities

  • Implement country field service EHS plans and annual objectives in line with Eaton's initiatives.
  • Support Regional EHS Manager and country leadership on compliance programs for field service, project, and office activities.
  • Coordinate with local stakeholders to hit EHS targets and objectives.
  • Implement MESH requirements and use MESH tools for improvement.
  • Manage and track EHS training for field employees and contractors, including regulatory requirements.
  • Support Quality Management System (QMS) goals and promote continuous improvement.
