Job summary

PVH is seeking a Regional HSE Leader in Singapore to develop and execute safety strategies across APAC. You will lead audits, investigations, and improvements, aligning regional practices with global standards and ISO 45001.

The role requires a degree in engineering and a minimum of 10 years of MNC experience, with demonstrated regional/global exposure and strong leadership capabilities.

• Lead the development and execution of regional OHS strategies, policies, and management systems aligned with global standards.
• Drive safety initiatives and foster a proactive culture through leadership, communication, and employee engagement.
• Oversee regional safety audits, risk assessments, compliance monitoring, and performance measurement to strengthen safety governance.
• Lead major incident investigations, implement corrective actions, and develop leading safety indicators for risk prevention.
• Collaborate with Country Managers, Safety Representatives, customers, and global teams to ensure consistent safety standards across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of regional HSE strategies, policies, and management systems aligned with global standards, the Safety First Framework, and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Drive the implementation of safety initiatives and foster a proactive, safety-first culture through leadership, communication, and employee engagement across the region.
• stablish and oversee regional safety audits, risk assessments, compliance monitoring, and performance measurement to strengthen operational safety and governance.
• Lead major incident investigations, implement corrective actions, and develop leading safety performance indicators to enhance risk prevention and operational excellence.
• Partner with Country Managers, Safety Representatives, customers, and global leadership teams to ensure consistent implementation of safety standards and share best practices across the region.
• Implement digital safety management platforms, standardise regional training programmes, and strengthen safety committee structures to improve organisational capability and compliance.
• Represent the APAC region on global safety committees while providing expert guidance, coaching, and technical support on safety management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
