Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG seeks a Regional Critical Facility Engineering Lead (VP) to drive the design, construction, and operation of critical facilities across APAC with a focus on reliability and efficiency. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing engineering and operational facilities in financial services or large corporate environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead design, construction and operations of critical facilities and infrastructure.
• Strong change management and incident response capabilities in multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, construction, and operation of critical facilities across APAC clusters.
• Manage overall service delivery for data centers and critical systems with a focus on reliability and sustainability.
• Lead change management for invasive maintenance and major projects with CTS coordination.
• Develop capacity plans, asset inventories, and strategic roadmaps in collaboration with global TI teams.
