Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in Singapore invites a motivated Marketing intern to support campaigns, brand visibility and store experiences across multiple brands. You will gain hands-on experience in planning, content creation and vendor coordination while contributing to ongoing projects.

The role covers social media ideas, event support, and campaign readiness, plus data tracking and store distribution planning. Ideal candidates are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields,

Qualifications

• Analytical ability and passion, business oriented and used to work with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong project management skills/ability to work on multiple topics concurrently under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Brand Visual Refresh & In-Store Execution: plan and track visual refreshes across brands, coordinate with vendors, secure store approvals, ensure high quality branding in stores.
• Social Media & Digital Content: brainstorm, develop content concepts, write/edit materials and adapt campaigns for digital platforms.
• Event & Brand Activation Support: assist with planning, pre-event prep, on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
• Store Distribution & Campaign Readiness: update distribution trackers, refresh regional records and identify stores for campaigns.
• GWP & Event Gift Sourcing: source gifts-with-purchase, compare proposals and coordinate production timelines with suppliers.
• Gain hands-on experience in end-to-end trade marketing across Singapore and observe brand activation in stores.

JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will support the marketing team in executing strategies and campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. You will gain hands‑on experience in various aspects of marketing while contributing valuable insights and assistance to ongoing projects.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

Brand Visual Refresh & In-Store Execution

Support the planning and tracking of visual refreshes across multiple brands.

Coordinate with vendors and sales representatives to secure store approvals and ensure timely execution.

Help bring brands to life through store skinning, displays and other in-store branding solutions.

Monitor execution progress and support consistent, high-quality brand presentation across stores.

Social Media & Digital Content

Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and help develop engaging content concepts.

Assist with writing, editing and proofreading marketing and communication materials.

Support the adaptation of campaign content across relevant digital platforms.

Event & Brand Activation Support

Support the planning and coordination of brand launches, training sessions and customer events.

Assist with pre-event preparation, on‑site execution and post‑event follow‑up.

Work with internal teams and external partners to help create smooth and memorable brand experiences.

Store Distribution & Campaign Readiness

Maintain and update store distribution trackers to support accurate campaign planning and execution.

Update regional Trade Marketing distribution records based on invoiced units.

Help the team identify the right stores for campaigns, launches and retail activations.

GWP & Event Gift Sourcing

Source creative and relevant gifts-with-purchase, event door gifts and promotional items.

Compare vendor proposals to achieve the right balance of quality, creativity and cost-effectiveness.

Coordinate with suppliers on production timelines, quantities, quality and delivery arrangements.

What You Will Gain

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Currently studying in Bachelor's course with major in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications or equivalent

• Able to commit for a minimum of 6 Months (Jan - Jun/Jul, 2027)
