Job summary

Adecco is seeking a capable FP&A professional to lead and execute all operative finance tasks within a fast-paced FMCG environment in Central Singapore. You will oversee forecasts, budgeting, and month-end close activities using SAP and HFM, while ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.

Expect a 12-month contract with potential renewal, starting ASAP. Strong Excel and SAP skills are essential, with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance related background with CA qualification.
• Min 3years of FP&A experience in similar capacity.
• Experience in the FMCG or similar industries will be an added advantage.
• Strong in Excel and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Define internal deadlines and ensure adherence across stakeholders.
• Load forecast and budget data into planning tools regularly.
• Execute month-end closing activities in SAP.
• Maintain price structures, discounts, and standard SKU costs.
• Create internal orders and cost centers; manage PO approvals.
• Prepare and distribute performance reports; extract data from SAP, HFM, and historical records.
• Prepare variance analysis and collaborate with Marketing on A&P forecasts.
• Maintain priority lists for controlling team and track accountability.
• Build and manage databases for SKU, country, and customer mapping across tools.
• Document processes for operational activities to ensure knowledge retention.
• Manage approvals, DocuSign workflows, and record keeping for contracts and price lists.
• Support global finance teams and external agencies with data collection.
• Transfer finance databases to cloud environment and manage access.
• Organize and archive critical approval emails.
