Job summary

CMA CGM ASIA PACIFIC LIMITED in Singapore seeks a technically oriented professional to support the Container Fleet Management Department. The role involves learning from the Regional Office team and assisting in day-to-day New Build structuring, M&R transformation projects, and data-driven corrective actions to improve fleet performance.

You will contribute to audits, reporting, and the development of repair strategies coordinated with global M&R teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with computer and office tools.
• Degree in Thermal Engineering, Energy Machinery, or Refrigeration Technology (or related container M&R/logistics experience).

Responsibilities

• New Build structuration and day-to-day tasks.
• M&R transformation roadmap in ARO (Repair Advisor, GBS training and deployment).
• ARO audit execution and excellence plan.
• Data analysis to identify deviations and set up corrective action plan.
• Reporting production.
• Definition and implementation of optimal repair strategy (including location) to address commercial needs, in coordination with HO M&R.
• M&R and Recovery CIP initiatives / spot actions, potentially in coordination with other Group departments.
