Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in finance with demonstrated involvement in Business Continuity and Resilience, and Crisis Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of BCM guidelines, plans, processes and systems.
• Conduct risk assessments, business impact analyses and crisis management planning.
• Validate plans through BCM tests and exercises.
• Strengthen BCM awareness via training and workshops.
• Align BCM practices across overseas subsidiaries and regulatory engagements.
