Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in aviation, MRO operations, logistics, or supply chain environment.
• Diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aviation Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related discipline.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management to work with internal teams, customers, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee tracking and expediting aircraft component returns to ensure timely asset recovery.
• Manage end-to-end component return process, including loan and exchange order closures.
• Optimise asset utilisation by evaluating component vintage, applicability, and value for return strategies.
• Provide operational oversight to CRU teams in Singapore, APAC (KL) and India (Delhi).
• Act as regional escalation point for core return issues and coordinate cross-location resolution.
• Monitor, analyse and report core return KPIs across departments and customers.
