SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Account Manager to lead base maintenance support across tooling, NDT, calibration, and MRO operations.

You will manage the Customer Success team to align with contractual commitments and drive new service offerings to increase customer satisfaction and revenue. You should have a Degree in Engineering and 10+ years in aircraft maintenance/MRO with proven leadership capabilities to build strong customer relationships and deliver strategic

• Degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in aircraft maintenance/MRO operations.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead base maintenance support functions covering tooling, equipment, NDT, and calibration to ensure reliable and efficient MRO operations.
• Manage the Customer Success team to deliver effective support while ensuring customer expectations are aligned with contractual commitments.
• Identify and develop new or bundled service offerings to strengthen customer satisfaction, retention, productivity, and revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships with customers, key decision-makers, and internal stakeholders to support operational and commercial objectives.
• Drive productivity and process improvements across business units, leveraging digital solutions, technology, and AI where appropriate
• Support broader Base Maintenance priorities and undertake strategic or operational responsibilities as required by senior leadership.
