Job summary

Mastercard Worldwide in Singapore seeks a Manager, Product Management, ALM to lead regional enablement of Account Level Management services. You will own governance, pricing, onboarding, and launch readiness across markets, collaborating with Global Product, Pricing, BizOps and in-market teams.

The role requires prior product management, operations or programme delivery experience in banking or payments, plus strong knowledge of card product mechanics and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Prior product management, product operations, implementation or programme delivery experience in a Bank or Payments company.
• Working knowledge of card product mechanics — account and BIN structures, product codes and tiers, interchange, authorization and data exchange.
• Proven track record delivering launches or customer implementations across multiple markets with readiness and go-live accountability.
• Ability to navigate complex governance processes including pricing, legal and information security reviews.
• Excellent communication, organizational discipline and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as operational SME for ALM services, including qualification criteria and enrolment constructs.
• Own market readiness and launch execution of ALM services in the region across markets.
• Prepare and drive regional pricing and approval submissions end to end with stakeholders.
• Guide issuer onboarding and platform access provisioning and validation testing.
• Escalate and resolve ALM operational issues with Global Product and BizOps.
• Validate post-launch performance and graduation outcomes.
• Create and maintain ALM documentation and enablement assets.
• Maintain the regional ALM pipeline and status reporting for stakeholders.
