Job summary

National University Health System (NUHS) is recruiting a Senior Manager to lead recruitment excellence and experience across the cluster. You will define and govern a future-ready talent acquisition strategy, partnering with institutional HR and the HR Tech team to drive transformation and sustainable change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment operations with transformation/CoE exposure.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation and cross-institutional initiatives.
• Experience in large, complex organisations; healthcare sector experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI-assisted recruitment tools and digital transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, other ATS, and workflow automation tools such as Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Lead NUHS cluster-wide recruitment strategy design, governance and standards.
• Advise institutional leadership on talent acquisition strategies and priorities.
• Govern end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Enhance candidate experience and onboarding journeys with digital tools.
• Oversee AI-enabled recruitment tooling and analytics adoption.
• Collaborate with MOHH and HR Tech to enable transformations.
• Manage procurement for recruitment services and vendor governance.
