Job summary

People360 Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Singapore to acquire corporate clients and promote foreign manpower recruitment solutions.

You will focus on sales, account management and delivery, with in-house support and an established ecosystem. The role offers a lucrative 50% commission on profits and the opportunity to work with a growing regional client base.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development within recruitment or related services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new corporate clients in Singapore and promote People360’s foreign manpower recruitment solutions via B2B canvassing, prospecting, meetings and relationship building.
• Lead sales cycles from initial contact to deal closure and handoff to delivery teams.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and ensure successful delivery and repeat business.

Job description

Be a partner of People360! Earn 50% on Sales Commission. Great opportunity for high performers who want to be more than an employee but not take full business risk.

Example: August - S$20,000 net profit from sales, Commission paid - 50% of $20k = S$10,000

To acquire new corporate clients in Singapore and promote People360’s foreign manpower recruitment solutions through B2B canvassing, prospecting, meetings, and relationship building.

We recruit regional foreign workers from China, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, India, Myanmar, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia for businesses in Singapore.

This position is suitable for recruitment consultants experienced in foreign recruitment in Singapore and who have existing client relationships in their books.

You focus on sales, account management and delivery; we provide the ecosystem and support.
