LEO MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Development Consultant to expand our employer client base and provide recruitment solutions across industries. This sales-driven role focuses on building relationships, generating leads, and meeting targets.

You will prospect, acquire, and manage clients while understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored staffing solutions. Candidates should be self-motivated with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate new business and meet targets.
• Experience in recruitment or employment services is preferred.
• Strong client-facing and closing skills.
• Able to work independently and drive sales activity.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new employer clients through networking, referrals, social media, cold calling, and other channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand clients' hiring needs and recommend recruitment solutions.
• Arrange meetings with clients to discuss manpower requirements.
• Achieve individual sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
• Keep abreast of market trends, hiring demands, and industry developments.
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist suitable candidates based on clients' requirements.
• Brief candidates on job responsibilities, salary, benefits, and company information.
• Coordinate interview arrangements between clients and candidates.
• Provide ongoing post-placement support and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients through responsive after-sales service.
