Job summary

Mistral, a leading AI solutions company, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team. You will coordinate interviews across global time zones, manage candidate experience initiatives, and maintain recruitment pipelines with a focus on efficiency and quality.

You will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners to simplify processes, improve data quality, and scale recruiting operations as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Around 4–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruitment operations, HR coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and ATS data; experience with Greenhouse or Ashby.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach focused on improving processes; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across global teams and time zones, ensuring a seamless candidate and interviewer experience.
• Own candidate experience initiatives by managing feedback surveys, reporting on insights, and driving improvements.
• Maintain job postings, recruitment pipelines, and ATS data accuracy while streamlining workflows.
• Support employer branding through LinkedIn campaigns, hiring announcements, and recruitment content.
• Manage the employee referral program with timely follow-up, tracking, and recognition.
• Improve recruiting processes by documenting best practices and supporting tooling initiatives.

The Role

As a Recruiting Coordinator on the Talent Acquisition team, you will help deliver a smooth, consistent hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams. You will coordinate interviews, keep recruitment processes running efficiently, and ensure every interaction reflects a high standard of care.

You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners to improve how we hire as we grow. Beyond day-to-day coordination, you will identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality, and support projects that make our recruiting operations more effective and scalable.

What You Will Do

• Lead or contribute to cross-functional talent operations projects that improve the efficiency and scalability of recruitment.

What We’re Looking For

• Around 4–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruitment operations, HR coordination, or a similar role.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Confidence working with spreadsheets, applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse or Ashby, and recruitment data.

• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on improving processes rather than simply maintaining them.

• A collaborative working style and the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, HR, and external partners.

• Adaptability, ownership, and the ability to work effectively in a changing environment.
