Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign vehicle recovery jobs to towing operators and recovery personnel.
• Keep customers updated on status and ETA of recovery services.
• Verify requests, vehicle details and documents before deployment.
• Monitor progress and ensure deliveries to correct locations.
• Provide basic roadside assistance (battery replacement, tyre repair).
• Maintain tools and equipment to be ready for use.
• Update job progress and records in the company system.
• Report issues or difficult cases to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow company procedures and road safety regulations.
