Job summary

Carousell Group in Singapore offers a 6-month full-time internship in Marketing and analytics. You will analyse regional category, listing and transaction data to identify growth opportunities and support regional GTM programs.

You’ll own dashboard reviews, forecast outcomes for pricing and rebates, and work with cross-functional teams to drive campaigns. Mandarin preferred; strong Excel and AI tooling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business.
• Ability to derive insights from large datasets.
• Comfortable with numbers and detail.
• Proficient in Google Sheets.
• Strong English communication; Mandarin preferred.
• Experience with Generative AI for trend analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyse category, listing and transaction data across regional markets.
• Own weekly and monthly dashboard reviews for Recommerce pillars; evaluate campaigns.
• Support pricing, fees and rebates work; model take-rate promotions and forecast outcomes.
• Develop, manage, and execute Regional Go-to-market programs with regional teams.
• Leverage AI tools to synthesize data, craft messaging, automate processes.
