Job summary

The St. Regis Singapore is seeking a meticulous Receiving Clerk to join our hospitality operations on-site.

You will manage the hotel loading bay during daily hours and ensure timely acceptance of supplier deliveries. Responsibilities include verifying quality and quantity against orders, completing receiving records, updating the Purchasing and Inventory Systems, delivering items to departments, and forwarding daily reports to AP for payment.

Responsibilities

• Be present at the hotel loading bay during daily operation hours to accept deliveries from suppliers.
• Ensure that goods received by the hotel are of the correct quality and quantity as ordered by the hotel.
• Complete the required receiving records for goods received and update the Purchasing System.
• Delivery of received goods to respective departments or arrange to be collected by concerned department.
• Update Inventory System for all goods received on a daily basis and forward Daily Receiving Report to Accounts Payable for payment.
