Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
• Familiar with C/C++ and Python development.
• Familiar with Linux, multi-threaded / multi-process environments.
• Familiar with ML/DL algorithms including boosting, DNN, RL, etc.
• Experience with big data frameworks such as Flink, Spark, Hive.

Responsibilities

• Participate in optimizing LIVE monetization and live experience for billions of users.
• Adopt ML models to model massive user behaviour and data; build high-performance services.
• Contribute to product/business discussions and provide data-driven optimization directions.
