STRIDES Premier in Singapore is seeking a service-oriented operations assistant to provide real-time monitoring, coordination, and execution of transport workflows. You will support customers and driver-partners across multiple channels, ensuring timely updates and clear instructions.

The role emphasizes KPI-driven trip assignments, handling bookings and changes, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards under pressure.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in fast-paced operations.
• Proficient with multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls and respond to customers across WhatsApp, Teams and Email promptly.
• Update booking systems accurately and maintain audit-ready docs.
• Clear communication of job details to drivers, customers and stakeholders.
• Provide feedback to improve workflows and participate in projects (UAT).
• Coordinate trip assignments to meet KPIs.
• Manage bookings, amendments, cancellations and special requests to KPIs.
• Resolve delays, breakdowns, no-shows; execute recovery measures.
• Assist with lost item retrieval and maintain service standards under pressure.
• Communicate effectively and understand customer requirements.
• Respond well to stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Perform tasks as assigned.
• Work with minimal supervision; learn and use AI tools.
• Adhere to 3- shift roster per operations.
