Job summary

Tower Transit Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a CFMS Manager to ensure safe, punctual and cost-effective delivery of bus services in Singapore.

You will manage the flow of bus captains and vehicles, liaise with Interchange Supervisors, Depot Supervisors and maintenance personnel to restore service levels and keep timetables on track. You will work shifts including weekends, apply commercial awareness of the LTA contract regime, and communicate clearly with a diverse workforce to maintain high

Qualifications

Shift work including weekends.
Commercial awareness and understanding of LTA contract regime.
Good geographical knowledge of Singapore.
Excellent verbal and written communications.
Ability to communicate over phone and two-way radio.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control services to ensure punctuality and headways.
Communicate with bus captains and supervisors to deliver reliable and safe service.
Maintain professional and courteous communication with employees and external parties.
Manage on-road issues affecting service delivery.
Liaise with fire, police and other response agencies as needed.
Report punctuality concerns related to service issues.
Coordinate with Interchange/Depot Supervisors to follow timetabled instructions.
Ensure first and last services run on schedule.
Deal with major incidents and security issues per procedures.
Build strong relationships with maintenance for smooth vehicle changes.
Undertake training and other duties requested by CFMS Manager.
