Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in private equity real estate, asset management, or valuation.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication across multiple stakeholders.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review property-level valuation and projection models across the portfolio.
• Consolidate deal-level projections to generate portfolio and fund-level forecasts.
• Monitor portfolio performance against budgets and business plans, including leasing and capex.
• Maintain comprehensive property datasets and perform regular portfolio analyses.
• Prepare recurring investor and management reporting and support with audits.
