Job summary

Vistra, based in Singapore, seeks a Manager, Fund Accounting (Real Estate) to lead client service for a portfolio and oversee accounting processes. This permanent, full-time role requires a strong background in real estate fund accounting and IFRS/US GAAP knowledge.

The candidate will mentor staff, coordinate with investors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting/finance or professional CPA/ACCA/ACA.
• 6–8 years accounting/auditing experience, 4+ years in Real Estate Fund.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and Singapore FRS.
• Familiarity with INREV reporting.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
• Experience with Yardi Investment Management.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary client service contact for the assigned portfolio.
• Lead discussions with clients on operational matters and critical issues.
• Review financial statements and accounting packages.
• Draft disclosure wordings for IFRS/US GAAP and INREV reporting.
• Review capital calls, distributions and NAVs.
• Coordinate with Fund investors on reporting requirements.
• Provide training to staff on accounting and real estate topics.
• Participate in special projects as assigned by management.
