United Hampshire US Real Estate InvestmentTrust (UHREIT) is seeking a Finance & Business Analyst to join the team in Singapore. You will work across Finance, Investor Relations and Asset Management, gaining exposure to financial and operational performance of a listed REIT while developing analytical and commercial skills.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to communicate financial information clearly.
• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Real Estate or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Financial & Operational Analysis: analyse property financials and operating metrics to identify drivers and implications.
• Business Performance & Planning: support budgeting, forecasting and planning with internal teams and property managers.
• Management & Investor Reporting: translate information into management reports and investor presentations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Finance, Investor Relations, Asset Management and stakeholders to ensure accurate information.
