Job Responsibilities:
1. Real Estate Consulting & Business Development (Singapore / ASEAN)
- Develop new clients and business opportunities, including international markets outside Japan.
- Conduct client needs analysis, propose suitable properties, and manage the entire sales cycle through closing.
- Oversee end-to-end transaction management until contract completion.
- Conduct market research, prepare reports, and create proposal materials
2. Sales & Operations for Our In-House Real Estate System “ESHUB”
- Register property listings and provide UI/UX feedback to the product team.
- Participate in development meetings and contribute on-the-ground insights.
- Take and upload property photos, and propose ideas for new system features.
- Support continuous product improvement based on operational realities.
3. Project Management
- Manage project schedules and monitor progress across multiple stakeholders.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external agents.
- Support contract negotiations with consideration of legal and compliance requirements.
4. Customer Support & Marketing Operations
- Support the Customer Success team to ensure high-quality client interactions.
- Contribute to branding and marketing initiatives, especially through social media.
- Execute special projects and assist with tasks assigned by the management team.

- Business-level Japanese communication skills, due to the need to liaise closely with Japanese-speaking corporate clients
