Job summary

JDA WMS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Quality Officer to oversee the quality of ready-mix concrete products by implementing quality systems, performing inspections and tests, and addressing customer quality issues.

You will support product development and prepare ISO documentation, visit sites for investigations, run trial mixes, and maintain traceable quality records to comply with standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Hands-on experience in concrete quality control and testing.
• Working knowledge of ISO documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality and technical aspects of ready-mix concrete to meet specs.
• Carry out inspections and testing per established procedures.
• Collaborate with heads of departments to implement quality systems.
• Visit customer sites to investigate quality-related complaints.
• Run trial mixes at batching plants to verify quality and performance.
• Maintain accurate, current, and traceable quality records.
• Determine root causes of non-conforming products and coordinate corrective actions.
• Develop and improve concrete mixes through formulation and testing.
• Prepare and maintain ISO certification documentation.
