Job summary

BATHSYSTEM SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quality Control professional to perform QC testing on raw materials, ready-mixed concrete, precast products and reworks to ensure compliance with specifications.

You will inspect materials, monitor quality through production stages, and liaise with clients and vendors on field and factory quality issues. The role requires a Diploma in Civil/Construction Engineering or equivalent, plus relevant experience and readiness for shift work.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil, Building or Construction Engineering is required.
• At least 2 years of quality management experience in ready-mixed or precast concrete.
• Able to work shifts and multitask.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 is an advantage.
• Candidates without a diploma but with 5+ years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming/outgoing inspection of raw materials and precast concrete products and address non-conformances.
• Monitor product and material quality during pre- and post-production.
• Establish and maintain calibration program for concrete testing instruments.
• Prepare quality reports and records and liaise with clients and vendors on quality issues.
• Act as QC representative for regulatory or third-party inspections and training staff as needed.
• Issue QC metrics for internal meetings and support QC training requirements.
