Qualifications

Experience with Reinforced Concrete (RC) structures.

Responsibilities

Supervise RC structural works including piling, formwork, reinforcement and concreting.
Ensure site activities align with approved drawings, method statements and project quality plans.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and manpower.
Manage submissions and clearances with LTA, NEA and CAG projects and liaise with RE/RTO for inspections.
Monitor EMPP compliance under NEA guidelines and enforce WSH on-site.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site diaries.
