Job summary

China State Construction Engineering Corporation Limited Singapore Branch seeks a seasoned Civil/Structural Coordinator. You will design, analyze and plan civil/structural works, prepare calculations and drawings, and submit to authorities.

You will coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and other trades, supervise on-site activities and ensure work aligns with drawings. You will attend technical meetings, monitor test reports, and manage document control per ISO standards, with emphasis on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering or Building.
• Minimum 5 years of structural coordinator experience in building construction.
• Strong knowledge of structural specifications and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions.
• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities.
• Coordinate and liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades for project specifications and technical issues.
• Assist in project coordination and oversee all structural/Civil works on site per drawings.
• Attend technical meetings and site walks during construction.
• Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark and constructability scheme.
• Document control and compilation accordance to ISO standards.
