Job summary

A leading construction company based in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction operations. The successful candidate will control resources including labour and machinery, conduct inspections, manage subcontractor performance, and tackle technical issues. The role requires a recognized degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of five years of relevant experience in construction management, preferably with HDB projects. Candidates should be self-motivated and possess good computer skills.

Qualifications

HDB experience preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

Control and manage resources including labour and machinery on site.
Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by subcontractors.
Monitor and manage work progress of subcontractors.
Manage and resolve technical issues.
Assist in planning and sequencing of the construction operations according to the Project Quality Plan.
