Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Railway Maintenance Technician to join our operations in Singapore. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance of railway guideway structures, running surfaces and guiderails, and you will troubleshoot track switch machines and related mechanical/electrical systems to ensure safe railway operations.

• Experience in railway maintenance and P-Way is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour day/night shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of railway guideway structures, running surfaces and guiderails.
• Maintain and troubleshoot track switch machines, power rails, expansion joints and related mechanical/electrical systems.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to ensure track integrity, alignment and safe railway operations.
• Lead troubleshooting and recovery activities for guideway faults and equipment failures.
• Develop and review maintenance SOPs, ensuring compliance with railway safety procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for recurring technical issues.
• Manage critical spare parts, maintenance equipment and vendor/contractor activities.
• Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance technicians.
• Ensure compliance with trackside safety requirements and operational standards.
