Job summary

CHINA RAILWAY FIRST GROUP CO., LTD. SINGAPORE BRANCH is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for civil/railway construction projects in Singapore. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations.

You will coordinate internal teams and external consultants/sub-contractors, ensure compliance with plans and regulations, manage changes to scope and cost, and oversee safety on site to drive successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Railway Engineering.
• 10 years of working experience in managing Design and Construction in Trackwork/Railway projects preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to motivate the entire workforce at site.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project planning, scheduling and delivery within time and budget.
• Monitoring progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works on site to meet targets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors e.g. Consultants and Sub-Contractors/Suppliers for the flawless execution of all projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Ensure that works are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to projects' scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Responsible for all construction site matters including safety and other compliance matters.
