Candidates should possess a Higher Nitec or Nitec in engineering and have at least one year of experience in the railway industry. This position requires good interpersonal skills and the ability to manage shift work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in the railway industry.
• Ability to work well independently in demanding situations.
• Willingness to undertake shift rosters.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to carry out scheduled Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all work instructions and safety procedures.
• Responsible for the safety, welfare, and discipline of the team.

Skills

Knowledge in electrical/electronic/pneumatic systems

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Education
