Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join its Rail Systems Engineering team. You will design, implement, test, integrate, and commission ISCS, SCADA, PLC, and related railway systems across projects.

The role requires hands-on ownership, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal teams to meet milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Experience with ISCS/SCADA/PLC and system integration
Knowledge of railway systems and safety-critical environments

Responsibilities

Design, implement, test, integrate, and commission ISCS projects and related railway systems.
Perform system setup, installation, configuration, validation, and deployment for hardware and software.
Execute IT security implementations including system hardening and patch management.
Implement PLC and SCADA projects from concept through engineering, programming, testing, and commissioning.
Configure and troubleshoot SCADA, PLC, servers, networking gear, and field devices.
Coordinate interfaces with Signalling, Power SCADA, OCC, Depot Systems, AFC, and other subsystems.
Plan and execute FAT, SAT, site and factory testing and commissioning.
Prepare engineering docs, drawings, and configurations; manage version control.
Collaborate with customers, contractors, and internal teams; provide progress updates.
Identify risks, drive corrective actions, and ensure delivery within milestones.
