Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking a SCADA/Automation Engineer to manage projects from planning to completion at our Northeast Singapore location. You will coordinate with customers, consultants and internal teams to deliver robust SCADA solutions.

The role requires a diploma/degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation or related fields, with hands-on experience in SCADA, control systems, and system integration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering or related discipline
• Experience in SCADA, industrial automation, control systems or system integration projects
• Knowledge of PLC/RTU systems, servers, networking and industrial communication protocols
• Experience with Modbus, OPC, IEC 60870-5-104, DNP3 or similar protocols is advantageous
• Candidate with lesser experience (Training will be provided)

Responsibilities

• Manage SCADA and control system projects from planning to completion
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, end users, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams
• Review project specifications and prepare system architecture, network diagrams and technical submissions
• Configure and integrate SCADA systems, servers, workstations, network equipment, PLCs and RTUs
• Develop and modify SCADA graphics, alarms, trends, reports and database tags
• Coordinate system interfaces and communication between SCADA, PLC/RTU and third-party systems
• Prepare project schedules, method statements, risk assessments and testing procedures
• Perform troubleshooting, system integration, testing and onsite commissioning
• Conduct FAT, SAT and IST
• Attend project and site meetings and resolve technical issues during execution
• Monitor project progress, cost, quality and safety to ensure timely completion
• Prepare test reports, as-built drawings, O&M manuals and handover documents
• Provide training and post-commissioning technical support when required

• Basic $3000 - $ 5000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Working location: Northeast

• Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage SCADA and control system projects from planning to completion

• Coordinate with customers, consultants, end users, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams

• Review project specifications and prepare system architecture, network diagrams and technical submissions

• Configure and integrate SCADA systems, servers, workstations, network equipment, PLCs and RTUs
