Hitachi Rail Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee materials delivery, cost estimation and cross-functional planning for complex and international projects. The role emphasizes optimizing supplier performance and aligning with project schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

The candidate should bring 5–7 years in Supply Chain with knowledge of procurement, contracts and risk management, plus strong analytical skills to drive continuous process improvements across the function.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant Supply Chain experience.
• Experience in contracts, project and supplier management.
• Knowledge of procurement planning and processes.
• Experience in vendor performance and supplier monitoring.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Relevant technical/technology knowledge.
• Risk management experience.
• Experience driving continuous improvement in documentation and processes.

Responsabilités

• Timely delivery of materials on high complexity projects or on more medium/small complexity international projects in accordance with Integrated Project Schedule and Budget.
• Synergies optimization among projects to increase delivery efficiency.
• Continuous improvement in Supply Chain Planning processes with special focus on cross functional activities.
• Finalization & submission of make and buy external cost estimation.
