Job summary

Hitachi Rail Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage multiple small to medium projects delivering vital signalling solutions for rail networks across Singapore and APAC. You will develop schedules, drive teams to meet deadlines and budgets, and communicate progress to customers and internal stakeholders.

The role requires 5–10 years in project management, a strong leadership mindset, and the ability to coordinate across departments while ensuring safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of project management experience with people management.
• 5–10 years of delivering projects, engineering, construction of infrastructures.
• Knowledge of maintenance and services operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple small to medium size projects to deliver train control solutions on time, within budget and quality.
• Develop project plans and schedules; drive teams to meet commitments and report status to management and customers.
• Manage resources and project P&Ls; coordinate with departments to secure resources.
• Collaborate with customers, partners and contractors to ensure satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and fit into Hitachi Rail processes and transformation plans.
