Job summary

• Knowledge in Civil or Structural Engineering.

• Candidates with relevant experience in civil engineering design and supervision of construction works will have an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Regulate development and building works within railway protection zones, railway corridors, and road structure safety zones.
• Review designs of temporary and permanent works affecting rapid transit systems, road structures, and public streets.
• Conduct engineering risk assessments and analyses; evaluate construction methodologies and instrumentation proposals.
• Review geotechnical and structural instrumentation data.
• Support site inspections to verify construction and engineering works comply with approved method statements and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, consultants, and contractors; liaise with LTA architects, planners and engineers on rail and road projects.
