Job summary

Tecson Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Manager (Rail & Electrical Engineering) to lead complex rail projects in Singapore. The role requires strong leadership, governance, and execution of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across sites and offices.

The successful candidate will manage project planning, stakeholder coordination, and subcontractor oversight, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget, while maintaining high standards of safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in rail and electrical engineering projects.
• Proven experience managing LTA / SMRT projects is mandatory.
• Experience working with main contractors and railway authorities in Singapore.
• CSCPM or MWSHCS certification is required; MWHA certification is also noted.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of rail and electrical engineering projects, including LTA / SMRT projects.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with scope, specifications, drawings and contract requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
• Manage safety, quality, and documentation at project level.
• Coordinate stakeholders and client communications; conduct progress reviews.
