Job summary

sggovterp invites applications for the role of Deputy/Assistant Manager, Contracts (Rail Core Systems) to join the team managing contracts for land transport infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will assist in cost estimates, prepare tender documents, and ensure procurement compliance.

You will evaluate tenders, administer contracts and monitor payments, variations, and claims, while contributing to a comprehensive cost database for assets-replacement projects.

Qualifications

Knowledge in Electrical/Electronics and Mechanical Engineering.
Organised and meticulous with ability to work independently.
Strong written, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects and contracts management a plus for senior role.

Responsibilities

Manage contracts for land transport infrastructure projects.
Assist in cost estimates for new projects / feasibility studies.
Prepare tender documents and ensure procurement compliance.
Tender evaluation and bids assessment; administer contracts per provisions.
Process payments, valuations, variations and claims; monitor cash flow.
Develop and maintain a cost database for assets-replacement projects.
