Job summary

National University Health Services Group Pte. Ltd. seeks a patient-oriented assistant to support basic patient care and assist radiology staff in procedures. You will help with hygiene, assist in imaging rooms, and enter data into the Radiology Information System.

Ideal candidates are computer literate, team players with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and hold at least N Level with WSQ Healthcare Support preference.

Qualifications

• Minimum N Level.
• WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care) or its equivalent preferred.
• Computer literate.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skill.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic Patient Care activities e.g. providing instruction and assisting patients with general hygiene and personal care activities e.g. changing of patient's clothing.
• Assist doctors or radiographers in examination rooms e.g transferring patient onto examination couch, act as chaperon, preparing patient for radiological procedures.
• Assist the radiographer in data entry into Worklist, Radiology Information System.
• Perform the daily Equipment Preventive Maintenance (PM) for General X-Ray machine.
• Comfortable with interacting with patients.

• Maintain the storage of request forms and assist in retrieving request forms from storage/ system.
