Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent qualification.
  • Registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospital or clinical imaging settings preferred.
  • Strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
  • Experience in hospital-based radiology, including CT, ultrasound, and interventional imaging, is an advantage.

  • Assist radiologists during interventional procedures and specialized imaging studies.
  • Prepare and educate patients prior to imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
  • Monitor image quality and patient safety, adhering to radiation protection and infection control standards.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the hospital information system.
  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary team discussions, case reviews, and clinical audits.
  • Contribute to quality improvement, training, and professional development initiatives.
  • Uphold professional, ethical, and patient-safety standards in all clinical duties.
