Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd is partnering with a leading technology client in Singapore to hire a Finance Operations professional for a 1-year contract. The role focuses on Record-to-Report processes, general ledger maintenance, and statutory reporting, with emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

You will work with SAP and Excel, review VAT/GST compliance, perform reconciliations, and support annual audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Record-to-Report, General Ledger, or financial reporting.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with tax reporting, GST/VAT compliance, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for assigned engagements and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure workloads meet SLA requirements with minimal backflow.
• Coach and support team members to allocate work and meet deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain operational and financial reports for business and client needs.
• Perform reconciliation of VAT invoices against SAP records for accuracy.
