Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare development samples based on formulations and R&D requirements.
• Conduct lab testing to assess physical and performance characteristics.
• Carry out reliability studies and document results for evaluation.
• Support customer testing and provide the necessary data.
• Assist in commissioning and accepting new lab equipment.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and calibration of instruments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized laboratory per standards.
• Take on additional lab or technical tasks as needed.
