Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking an R&D Regulatory (EMC) Engineer to enable global compliance in networking products. This onsite role involves partnering with design, labs and certification bodies to ensure EMC readiness throughout the product development lifecycle.

You will drive technical EMC compliance to meet international requirements, identify risks early, and support multiple NPIs with emphasis on design-for-EMC.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical EMC compliance, preferably in a lab or product development environment.
  • Strong understanding of pre- and post-compliance processes, standards, and emerging regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with EMC testing, debugging, and mitigation techniques.
  • Experience supporting at least two new product introductions (NPI) with focus on EMC design and issue resolution.

As a Regulatory (EMC) Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring our hardware products meet global compliance standards while enabling efficient product development cycles.

You will:

  • Drive technical EMC compliance to meet global market, regulatory, and country‑specific requirements

About You
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical EMC compliance, preferably in a lab or product development environment
