Senior Hardware Design Engineer (R&D)
As a Senior Hardware Design Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic and highly skilled R&D team that creates high quality products. Responsibilities include providing technical leadership and direction to the hardware design team and translating design requirement documents to design architecture. You will collaborate with a multi-sited product development team to integrate your deliverables toward the release of new products into production. You will innovatively solve issues, drive completion of the project to schedule, and collaboratively network with other technical contributors. You will be owning all aspects of assigned areas, including feasibility study, design, verification and debug.
About You
- Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in systems design (integrated electrical circuits, designing complex circuit like servers, cellphone etc.)
- Excellent knowledge and deep technical understanding of both digital and analog circuit design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven technical leadership skills and experience in mentoring and guiding teams.
- Good knowledge and keen interest in high-speed design, signal integrity issues and power distribution techniques.
- Hands‑on experience in measuring and characterizing high-speed digital signals.
- Board design experience with Cadence CAD design tools like Orcad, Allegro.
