Job summary

TempServ Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an entry-level Failure Analysis Engineer to support the R&D team in qualifying new programs and understanding defect callouts impacting media yield. You will assist the CS team in identifying root causes behind RTVs and supervise engineering assistants to meet line-target dates, ensuring smooth operations.

• Entry-level candidates with relevant experience are welcome.

• To help CS Team to determine the root cause behind customer RTVs.
• Supervise EAs and arrange priorities based on line request/customer returned, to ensure compliance to completion target dates, and to assist the line to run smoothly.
• Publish, review and present failure analysis result conducted by engineering assistants.
• Coordinate with process owners, evaluation team members on Failure analysis result and work with them on assessment on improvement activities.
• Manage failure analysis equipment (AFM and SEM EDX) and coordinate with vendor for repair and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance to ISO quality and safety standards.
• Summarize monthly FA Package ( Mainbody Package / Line request ) for monthly FA sharing with the team.
