Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise blending formulations using available raw materials.
• Calculate ingredient ratios to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Adjust formulations based on material availability and stock levels.
• Perform calculations for blending, yield, material consumption and production quantities.
• Monitor raw material inventory and recommend suitable materials for blending.
• Maintain accurate formulation records and inventory data.
• Use Microsoft Excel to analyse formulations, stock levels and material consumption.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to conduct blending trials.
• Investigate formulation variances and recommend adjustments.
• Support cost optimisation while maintaining product standards.

R&D Executive – Product Formulation & Blending | Manufacturing

• $3,500 – $4,500 basic + Performance Bonus
• 5-day work week, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm

Are you an analytical and detail-oriented R&D professional with strong Excel and formulation skills?

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and optimise blending formulations using available raw materials

• Work closely with Production and Quality teams to conduct blending trials and verify finished products

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Mathematics, Supply Chain or a related discipline
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and lookups; Pivot Tables are an advantage
• Good understanding of inventory management and material planning
• Able to manage and track multiple formulations simultaneously
