Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced lithography process developer to design, qualify and optimize advanced photolithography processes for high-density packaging. You will lead projects, evaluate equipment and materials, and drive technology qualification and transfer.

The role requires 3+ years in photolithography, strong data-analysis skills (JMP/MATLAB/Excel), and proven cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and deliver cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Materials Science, Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics or Advanced Materials.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in photolithography process development.
• In-depth knowledge of lithographic techniques, photoresist chemistry, and exposure systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (JMP, MATLAB, Excel).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to drive actions through cross-functional teams.
• Experience in customer-driven development, customer qualification, and tech issue resolution for semiconductor packaging.

• To design, qualify, and optimize advanced lithography processes that meet strict design rules and high-density packaging requirements, ensuring stable, cost-effective, and scalable technology delivery according to the technology roadmap.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering disciplines such as Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electronics, or Advanced Materials
• Minimum 3 years hand-on experience in process development for photolithography
• In-depth knowledge and on hand experience of lithographic techniques, photoresist chemistry, and exposure systems
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, MATLAB, Excel)
